Important Booking and Travel Information

  • We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours before departure to allow enough time for security checks and boarding.

  • Please note:

    • One stroller counts as one piece of luggage

    • Golf bags count as three suitcases

🕓 Waiting Times & Surcharges

For pickups from your home (to the airport):

  • Free waiting time: up to 5 minutes

  • After that: €5.00 surcharge for every additional 5 minutes

For airport pickups:

  • Includes up to 45 minutes of free waiting time

  • Parking fees for up to 1 hour are included

For Meet & Greet Service:

  • Waiting time: up to 60 minutes included

For longer wait times (over 1 hour):

  • Additional charge: €15

📅 Booking Deadlines

  • For same-day rides before 11:00 PM, we recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance

  • For rides between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, please book at least 8 hours in advance

⚠️ If you book too late, we cannot guarantee availability—even if you receive an automatic confirmation email.
