No worries—we track all flights and adjust pickup times accordingly. Your driver will be waiting for you after you land. It’s very important to provide the correct flight number when booking.
Our driver will arrive at the specified address and call you upon arrival. Please be sure to provide a valid phone number when booking.
Drivers usually arrive a few minutes early to ensure on-time arrivals. If you’re being picked up from a hotel, please include the hotel name and your room number.
There are two options:

Standard: The driver will contact you after landing and arrange a meeting point (pickup point).

Meet & Greet (additional €6): The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign.
It’s a designated meeting area near the arrivals exit where your driver will be waiting. You’ll be notified of the location by phone after landing.
The driver will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it. This service costs €6 and can be selected during the booking process.
The driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight lands. If you experience delays (e.g., at baggage claim), please call us so we can notify the driver.
Yes, changes can be made if you contact us at least:

1 hour in advance (for rides between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM)

8 hours in advance (for rides between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM)
