1. Scope
viennaairport-taxi.com provides its services exclusively in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the relevant service description, and the current price list. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless their validity has been expressly agreed to in writing.
A contract is not concluded until viennaairport-taxi.com provides written or electronic confirmation.
2. Scope of Services
The scope of services is determined exclusively by the order confirmation or the quote from viennaairport-taxi.com.
Transportation is provided in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) and the relevant commercial regulations in Austria.
Passengers are required to follow the driver’s instructions. In the event of violations or if safety is compromised (e.g., due to disruptive behavior), viennaairport-taxi.com reserves the right to refuse or terminate the service. In such cases, the full fare remains due.
3. Airport Transfer / Waiting Times
Any changes to the agreed pickup time must be reported immediately.
For airport pickups, the included waiting time is a maximum of 35 minutes from the time the flight actually lands. After that, an additional waiting time may be charged according to the price list.
If the customer fails to provide timely notice of a delay, they will be responsible for any resulting additional costs. If the customer does not show up at the agreed meeting point, the trip will be considered canceled and subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Prices
All prices are in euros and include sales tax.
The prices confirmed at the time of booking apply. Special agreements (packages) apply exclusively to the agreed scope of services.
Additional costs may arise, in particular, from:
- longer wait times
- additional stops
- Special baggage or bulky items
These will be billed separately.
5. Terms of Payment
viennaairport-taxi.com is entitled to require a deposit of up to 50% of the fare.
Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service or by the invoice due date.
In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory rate will be charged. In addition, a reminder fee of €10 per reminder may apply.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
- €15 processing fee for each cancellation
- 50% of the fare for cancellations made up to 12 hours before departure
- 100% of the fare in case of late cancellation or no-show
Services already provided (e.g., waiting time) will be billed separately.
The customer is free to prove that no damage occurred or that the damage was less than claimed.
7. Customer Obligations
The customer is required to provide all necessary information accurately and completely (including, in particular, name, pickup location, time, and contact information).
- to avoid causing damage to the vehicle
- comply with the smoking ban
- to behave properly
- to pay the fare
The customer is liable for any damage caused by him or his passengers.
8. Liability
viennaairport-taxi.com is liable only in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages.
We assume no liability for delays caused by force majeure or external circumstances, in particular in the following cases:
- Traffic volume or traffic jams
- Accidents
- weather conditions
- Roadblocks
Liability for property damage is limited to €1,000 per passenger, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
11. Consent
By making a booking (“Order Ride”), the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
