  • Price Information & Booking Conditions

    All prices include the legally required 10% VAT.

    Prices vary depending on the number of passengers and the district (see price table).

    🧭 Pickup Conditions

    For rides to the airport (pickup from your home or hotel):

    • Free waiting time: up to 5 minutes

    • After that: €5.00 charged for every additional 5 minutes

    For pickups from the airport:

    • Price includes up to 45 minutes waiting time

    • Includes airport parking fees (up to 1 hour)

    For extended waiting times (over 1 hour):

    • Additional charge: €15

    For Meet & Greet service:

    • Waiting time included: up to 60 minutes

    ⏰ Important Booking Times

    • For same-day rides before 11:00 PM, please book at least 2 hours in advance

    • For rides between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, we recommend booking at least 8 hours in advance

    ⚠️ If booked too late, availability cannot be guaranteed – even if you receive an automatic confirmation.

    💼 Additional Charges

    • Ride from the airport: +€3 (due to parking fees)

    • Child seat or infant carrier: €5

    • Booster seat: €3

    • Additional address (within Vienna): €15

    • Additional address – Minivan (within Vienna): €20

    🛑 Important Information

    • We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours before departure to allow enough time for check-in and security.

    • A stroller counts as one suitcase.

    • Golf equipment counts as three suitcases.

    If you need an airport taxi urgently, please contact us by phone – we’ll do our best to provide a car as quickly as possible.
